Goodman, worldwide owner, developer and manager of industrial real estate, developed a ready-made logistics facility of 57,500 square meters in Beringen for Mobis Parts Europe, the official dealer for KIA and Hyundai parts. The new distribution centre is one of the largest logistics real estate projects on the Belgian market this year.

The new distribution centre was festively inaugurated: first with an official section and classic opening show with soloist Hyeyoon PARK in the warehouse and then a stylish dinner in a fully furnished aluhall.

Conrad Consulting took care of the finishing touches and created a festive day for those present.
