On Thursday, 20 November 2025, the annual VARIO colloquium took place at the Marie Elisabeth Belpaire building in Brussels. The event brings together the Flemish science and innovation ecosystem around a central theme aligned with VARIO’s activities.

Conrad Consulting was responsible for all practical support for the colloquium, including thematic translation, communication materials, audiovisual support, logistical coordination, registration flow and room management. The content programme, consisting of keynotes, presentations and a panel discussion, was developed by VARIO itself.

The event featured a plenary programme in the main auditorium, followed by a networking reception. During the preparation phase, we developed a consistent visual identity and managed on site branding, wayfinding and the overall visitor experience. Thanks to tight planning, continuous coordination with VARIO and a carefully developed script, the colloquium ran smoothly and professionally.
