EBTS and AXA wanted to organize a discreet yet warm surprise party for Frank Van Parijs, founder and long-time CEO of EBTS. After more than 30 years of entrepreneurship, the team wanted to thank him in a personal and stylish way for his contribution to the company and the people behind it.

The goal was to create an intimate and meaningful moment where colleagues, partners, and international guests could look back on Frank's career together while simultaneously looking forward to the future of EBTS within the AXA Group.

Because it was a surprise party, discretion was central to the preparation.

The event took place in EBTS's own halls, which we transformed into a warm and stylish event space. The evening was structured as a personal tribute with speeches, a video featuring memories from 30 years of EBTS, and a personalized book with photos and testimonials from colleagues and partners. Following the official moment, a walking dinner, live music, and a DJ took place, transforming the event from an emotional moment into a relaxed and festive evening. The surprise moment elicited a particularly strong emotional reaction from Frank and his family. Both EBTS and AXA indicated that the evening perfectly captured the personal atmosphere and respect for Frank's career.
