Opening of the Beguinage in Hasselt

Conrad Consulting was responsible for the logistics and creative aspects of the official opening of the renovated Beguinage in Hasselt. In collaboration with communications agency Hands, which was responsible for the communication and graphic design of all items, a strong overall concept was created in a very short period of time.

The first guests were welcomed in a plenary setting in the historic ruins, where the official programme kicked off in festive style. This was followed by guided tours for the guests, provided by our own guides. After this plenary part, the general public was also welcomed to discover the renovated Beguinage during guided tours.

A feat of craftsmanship, organisation and flexibility, built in record time, which further strengthens the collaboration between the Province of Limburg, Hands and Conrad Consulting.
