The Flemish government wants to reform primary care. The sixth state reform creates the momentum for the transfer of support for primary care professions and the reorganization of primary care. Participation is the key word in the change process, both for citizens and professionals. As part of this reform, Agency for Care & Health organized a conference.

We helped with the general organization of the event. From preliminary stages with invitations and E-tickets, to a meticulously elaborated conference with well-defined timing. 900 guests were given the opportunity to get to know 20 exhibitors, four break-out areas and four catering moments. This conference coincided with a press moment in a separate room of The Egg.
