AUHL Academic opening session

The Limburg University-College Association (AUHL), together with Hasselt University and PXL University of Applied Sciences and Arts, organised the 2025-2026 academic opening session at the Hasselt Cultural Centre. The event saw a record turnout of around 800 attendees, including Minister Zuhal Demir.

Conrad Consulting was responsible for ensuring that the event ran smoothly. Our team was responsible for the entire stage design — from 3D design to implementation — and also managed the direction and all communication channels, from save-the-date to digital access tickets.

The result was a successful edition that underlines the growing interest in the opening session and further strengthens the collaboration between Limburg's educational institutions.
