In 2019 we organised the third edition of Haspengouw Ziiingt, a free family-oriented festival at the Grote Markt in Sint-Truiden.

What we did

• Setting up the sponsor file and searching for committed partners.
• Developing an attractive line-up
• Organisation of the festival from the beginning to the end
• Establishing and maintaining a successful cooperation with the city and security services
• Drawing up an extensive scenario and safety plan
• An extensive promotional campaign: banners, posters, flyers, stickers, LED boarding, offline and online ads, ...
• Graphic design and desktop publishing based on an existing corporate identity.
