Conrad Consulting organized a bi-annual staff party on behalf of ZNA. All staff members of the hospitals were invited to a party evening.

The objectives of the customer:

• Emphasize team spirit
• Employer branding
• Expressing fun
• Increase ZNA feeling

What we did

Conrad Consulting responded to the customer's questions by choosing a concept which allowed all types of animation, catering and clothing. The ZNA colors and corporate identity came back throughout the event.

We chose the ZNA FEESTIVAL theme. 1 500 guests were met by the management committee who greeted them while taking care of the check-in. On a large food square, everyone was able to fully enjoy food & drinks served from our food trucks throughout the evening. A creative trampoline act was a successful warm-up. Then a cover band created the fun and festive atmosphere. The dance floor was full all evening. Those present unanimously agreed, it was a successful party evening!
